About Us
Mindtrust was launched as a membership organization in 2001 to help develop the depth and breadth of leadership capability in the national capital region. In 2005, the Mindtrust Leadership Development Program (MLDP) was developed to focus top students on their leadership journey – where they are now, where they want to be and what they can learn from what others have experienced on their journey.

Youth Leadership Program

The Youth Leadership Program (YLP) builds on the long history of the successful Mindtrust Leadership Development Program (MLDP). YLP is responding to the need to develop next generation leaders. This program is intended for young, impact-driven, and demonstrated leaders with an interest in the future of leadership.
