Mindtrust has been delivering leadership development programs for the past twenty years, predominantly through the Mindtrust Leadership Development Program (MLDP) and Youth Leadership Program (YLP), with more than 1,200 alumni to date.
While many of our alumni have indicated that their leadership journeys got underway with a great start through participation in a Mindtrust program, we understand that many of our alumni could use assistance in connecting with local employers. Our Career Fair is an intimate event with screened applicants getting one-on-one time with local employers, many of whom are actively hiring.
