Mindtrust has been delivering leadership development programs for the past twenty years, predominantly through the Mindtrust Leadership Development Program (MLDP) and Youth Leadership Program (YLP), with more than 1,200 alumni to date.
While many of our alumni have indicated that their leadership journeys got underway with a great start through participation in a Mindtrust program, we understand that there are many aspects of your leadership journey that could benefit from ongoing support specific to your individual path.
As a result, we are kicking off a more formal leadership mentoring program that pairs recent Mindtrust alumni with Mindtrust leaders (experienced mentors whom are willing to give back) to help you on your journey. Based on your own leadership needs, we will pair you with a mentor that has experience relevant to you, granting you a valuable resource in understanding your own leadership challenges and opportunities.
