Thusha Agampodi is the Director of Engineering at Aurora Solar. She has spent over a decade building and leading engineering teams at BlackBerry and Magnet Forensics. She is passionate about building communities and creating equitable environments where everyone feels heard. Outside of work, you’d find her in her vegetable garden, making sourdough, catching frogs with her 2 kids, or on a kayak.
